That’s where I come in. Personal chef services will start with an in-person meeting with me to get a better understanding of your dietary and culinary needs and desires. I am experienced with special diets including plant-based, vegan, vegetarian, keto, gluten-free, and Paleo.
After you and I discuss your dietary guidelines for you (and possibly your family), I will email custom menu options a few days before the cooking or prepping session, which will allow you to make any changes that you may need.
