1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
(1-month, 3-month, and 6-month)
My method for 1-on-1 coaching sessions goes far beyond the food you put into your body. We will take a holistic approach and view areas of your life including physical activity, relationships, career, and stress levels and how they may be affecting your health. These sessions will be extremely personalized to you and your unique needs. New habits don’t happen overnight, and patience is incredibly important regardless of your goals. I offer in-person or virtual coaching sessions either online or over the phone.
I have three different package options. If you’d like to make sure we’re a good fit before purchasing a package, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.

Along with these packages, I do offer special services that are customized and/or relevant to the client for an additional hourly rate. These services include:
- Pantry clean-up
- Grocery store tour
- Cooking demonstrations
- Meal preparation

After all, we will create a sustainable lifestyle for you, not a fad diet. Together we will set realistic goals, a step-by-step plan on how to achieve them, and a plan to maintain them in your new lifestyle.
