An awesome addition to have in the fridge during the week. These will instantly add flavor to any dish that you throw them on top of. My favorite is to have them on avocado toast, or on top of nutrient dense salad. Allow some time time for these to cook, the slow roasting really brings out the flavors.

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees.

  2. Fill one cookie sheet with halved multi-colored cherry tomatoes.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for 3.5-4 hours until tomatoes look slightly dehydrated.
