Slow Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
An easy way to instantly add flavor to any dish you throw them on. The process of roasting these long and slow brings out all of the best flavors.
Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees.
Fill one cookie sheet with halved multi-colored cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 3.5-4 hours until tomatoes look slightly dehydrated.
