4-ingredient Balsamic Dressing
Homemade salad dressing doesn't have to be hard. This 4-ingredient salad dressing takes about 2 minutes to whip up and you can make in bulk to have in your fridge for the week.
Ingredients
- 3 parts olive or avocado oil
- 1 part balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 parts dijon mustard
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
Instructions

Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper into a bowl or storing container.

Wisk together until mustard is completely mixed in with the oils to create a cream consistency.

Drizzle on top of your favorite salad, and store in the fridge for up to 5-6 days.
