3-ingredient Balsamic Dressing

  • 3 parts olive or avocado oil
  • 1 part balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 parts dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper


  1. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper into a bowl or storing container.

  2. Wisk together until mustard is completely mixed in with the oils to create a cream consistency.

  3. Drizzle on top of your favorite salad, and store in the fridge for up to 5-6 days.
