Chocolate, Banana, & PB Smoothie Bowl

This is probably my favorite thing to have on a warm day when I’m craving something sweet. The banana and pure maple syrup add the perfect amount of natural sweeteners while the pumpkin seeds and shredded coconut are a great crunchy addition to the creamy smoothie. Smoothie bowls are great because you can really add whatever toppings you’d like, but these 4 are my favorite for this particular one.

Chocolate, Banana, & PB Smoothie Bowl

The perfect smoothie bowl to satisfy your sweet tooth on a warm day. Sweetened naturally with banana and pure maple syrup!

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp nut butter or PB2
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk - I used cashew
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen optional
  • 1/2 banana (topping)
  • 1-2 tbsp shredded coconut (topping)
  • 1-2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (topping)
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (topping)


  1. Add frozen banana, avocado, cauliflower rice, nut butter, non-dairy milk, cacao, maple syrup, and collagen to a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.

  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl.

  3. Slice 1/2 banana and place on top of the smoothie bowl, in addition to the chia seeds, pumpkins seeds, and shredded coconut
